For psychotherapy/counseling sessions, I’m happy to offer a free initial, 20-minute telephone or online video consultation to further determine if we are an appropriate fit for each other. Typical individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

In Case of Crisis

For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital’s emergency room.

You may also call or send text to 988 for suicide crisis support, available toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cancellation Policy

Please note my general policy for cancellations or no-shows:  Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the ENTIRE fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.  Exceptions will be discussed individually.   This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.  If you are late for an appointment, you will lose that respective time and still pay for the full session.
